Associate Private equity Valuations and Fund Administration.

POSITION INFO:

Superb role for a B Com Honours or CA /CFA with 3 to 4 years exposure within Private Equity or Asset Management to join growing Private Equity fund. Reporting to the CEO be responsible for the assessment of new investee companies as well as Valuations whilst managing the post-deal process, liaising with investee companies on a regular basis to understand the strategy, direction and performance of the these companies and coordinating with other stakeholders, i.e. BEE verification agents, legal firms, etc.
