POSITION INFO:
About the Role We are seeking an Assurance Manager to lead audit engagements, maintain audit quality, manage client relationships, and develop our audit teams. Salary : Market-related Minimum Requirements Completed SAICA articles At least two years' direct supervisory or management experience CA(SA) qualification or equivalent preferred, but not required Strong knowledge of IFRS, IFRS for SMEs, ISA, the Companies Act and tax regulations Practical external audit experience Advanced MS Excel and Word proficiency Inflo and DraftWorx experience advantageous Ability to travel nationally and work overtime when required Key Responsibilities Lead multiple audit engagements, including planning, resource allocation and delivery. Oversee audit quality and the preparation and review of financial statements. Resolve operational issues and act as a key client contact. Strengthen client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services. Mentor and develop audit teams. Oversee portfolio profitability, working capital and billing.
