A Giant within the IT and Telecommunications industry is looking for a Revenue Assurance Manager to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications:

BS/BA with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry

Job description:

Participate in business process changes that may affect the company’s ability to identify, monitor or collect revenue (e.g., new system implementations/upgrades, new product roll outs, etc.)
Continuously work to understand and mitigate losses to ensure the highest levels of revenue recognition.
Promote quality assurance for all processes impacting both revenue and costs.
Partner with Marketing, Engineering, IT, and Operations to design, develop and implement best practices to minimize revenue leakage.
