SUMMARY:
A Giant within the IT and Telecommunications industry is looking for a Revenue Assurance Manager to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications:

• BS/BA with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry

Job description:

• Participate in business process changes that may affect the company’s ability to identify, monitor or collect revenue (e.g., new system implementations/upgrades, new product roll outs, etc.)
• Continuously work to understand and mitigate losses to ensure the highest levels of revenue recognition.
• Promote quality assurance for all processes impacting both revenue and costs.
• Partner with Marketing, Engineering, IT, and Operations to design, develop and implement best practices to minimize revenue leakage.
• Partner with Marketing, Engineering, IT and Operations to design, develop and implement best practices to reduce unnecessary cost.
