SUMMARY:
Exciting career opportunity for an Assurance Support Analyst with a minimum of 3 years' DATA ANALYSIS and DATA MINING experience in a telecommunications or IT service delivery environment, AND an ITIL Foundation certification (a relevant degree/diploma in statistics or analytics is highly advantageous).

The purpose of this position is to ensure continuous service improvement by creating accurate SLA reports, analysing the information, and identifying repeated infringements of Service Level Agreement criteria.

Must be willing to work overtime if required.
