SUMMARY:
Are you a strong, independent IT Business Analyst with experience delivering solutions in Utility services, Payment Services, Finance and/or Customer Communication Management?

Here's a Fully Remote opportunity at an International Company, working EST time zone to accommodate Clients and Stakeholders in the US & Canada.

Duties And Responsibilities (Summary)

Understand clients and stakeholder business needs
Gather and document detailed business requirements
- Includes data mapping, analysis, user stories, proof of concept, workflow analysis, etc.
Analyze data to support business insights
Develop technical requirements based on analysis
Design and develop prototypes or solution mock-ups
Collaborate with developers, testers, and project analysts during implementation.
Support and manage Systems UAT / Quality Assurance processes
Deliver solutions that align with client business objectives
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization

Requirements:
+7 Years Experience in IT with at least 4 years as an IT Business Analyst.
Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile and Project Management Methodologies.
Strong MS Office and Visio Skills
Experience from one or more of the following Industries: Financial Services, Utility, Healthcare (To Facilitate Delivery of Payment Service platforms, Utility (Billing) service solutions, Onboarding Software, document processing solutions, cloud-based enterprise content management).

Educational Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degreed in Business / Computer Sciences / Information Technology
A Business Analysis Certification: Ideally a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
