POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a well-rounded and experienced Attorney to manage a diverse portfolio of legal matters across multiple forums. The role requires strong litigation, drafting, and advisory skills, with exposure to both private and corporate clients. Minimum requirements: LLB degree Admitted Attorney of the High Court Minimum 4 years' post-admission experience Proven experience in litigation and dispute resolution Strong drafting and legal research skills Litigation & Court Appearances Represent clients in various forums, including the High Court, Regional Court, Maintenance Court, Domestic Violence Court, Traffic Court, CCMA, Labour Court, CSOS, and Municipal Courts\/Boards Manage matters from inception through to finalisation Case Management Handle a broad range of civil matters, including Commercial and contract disputes Construction and lease disputes Conveyancing contractual disputes Debt collection matters Family law matters (divorces and maintenance disputes) Labour and employment-related disputes Drafting & Legal Documentation Draft and review legal documents, including Pleadings, notices, affidavits Practice notes and heads of argument Legal agreements (employment contracts, SLAs, leases, sale agreements, acknowledgements of debt, settlement agreements, mandates, etc.) Advisory & Opinions Provide legal opinions on a wide range of matters Act as a trusted legal advisor to clients, including corporate entities Negotiation & Client Engagement Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients Build and maintain strong client relationships Provide practical, commercially sound legal advice Consultant: Celia Armstrong - Dante Personnel Pretoria Faerie Glen, Apply via our website or directly on the following link: If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
