The Senior Conveyancing Attorney is responsible for managing a portfolio of property transfers and related property transactions while leading a team of conveyancing paralegals and support staff
The incumbent will play a key role in business development, client relationship management, and the growth of the firm's conveyancing practice

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements: LLB degree, and Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa Admitted Conveyancer and Notary At least 5 years' post-admittance experience Proven experience managing a team of conveyancing paralegals and administrative staff Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume conveyancing transactions Established professional network and existing client base within the property industry Experience in business development and marketing of legal service Manage and oversee all aspects of property transfers, sectional title transactions, developments, and related conveyancing matters Ensure compliance with all legislative, regulatory, and professional requirements Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, property practitioners, developers, financial institutions, and other stakeholders Monitor transaction progress and ensure adherence to service level standards Resolve complex conveyancing and property law matter Team leadership and management Business development and marketing Client relationship management Consultant: Stephnie Taljaard - Dante Personnel Cape Town Apply via our website If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
