POSITION INFO:

Our client  in the Engineering space in currently seeking an Attorney to join their team. 

Minimum Requirement:

• LLb
• 3 years’ experience post articles 
• Computer Literacy
• Accurate typing skills (50WPM)
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work at an executive level
• An attorney in good standing with Legal Practice Council
• Right of appearance in High Court
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to draft court documents
• Ability to draft legal opinions and memorandums
• Basic knowledge of labour and commercial law
• Knowledge of Caselines
