POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

All aspects of Family law, & Labour law,
General litigation (lease agreements, evictions and claims for damages in motor vehicle recoveries for insurance companies, maintenance court and domestic violence court appearances.
Wills and trust and deceased estates - general knowledge
Fully familiar with High, Regional and Magistrates court practice directives and case lines.
Must be able to work independently, unattended or supervised.
Own car and willing to travel
