SUMMARY:
We are seeking an Audit Administrator for a permanent role based in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape.

POSITION INFO:
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

Grade 12 with experience working in an audit dept in an administrative role
Good communication skills and able to handle a high workload and handle pressure
Advanced MS Office ability and experience with GreatSoft advantageous

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

Audit Dept – check / approve weekly timesheets; linking of task codes; approval of travel and overtime claims; pulling Efiling documents; deed searches; audit dept training arrangements; WIP weekly; year planning; stock counts; referral counts; travel arrangements for audit staff; bank confirmations; audit start date confirmations
Greatsoft – task creation; fee creation; new task codes; add and terminate employees; update staff charge outrates; timesheet reports; printing director reports
Auditor General – invoicing; sending timesheets; debtors follow ups
Company vehicles – update logbooks; vehicle maintenance; vehicle inspection; pre-inspections; organize services; monthly report – logbooks, maintenance, km’s; petrol cards; ensure licenses are valid
Compliance – compliance with SOQM and code of conduct as well as HR policies

Salary: R20 000 – R23 000 per month for the ideal candidate
