JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting engagements, managing projects, doing research, collating information, or providing analytical insight. The Audit Manager will be required to play a key role in all phases of audit and advisory engagements and will interact with senior and middle management across the organization.

In addition, the Audit Manager will also be responsible for assisting in identifying and assessing specific ad-hoc / unique strategic, operational, reporting, internal control and/ or compliance risks, directly aligned to business strategy, ensuring delivery against the Internal Audit plan and associated methodology.

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

• Relevant Honors Degree as a minimum, with one or more of the following:
• Chartered Accountant (SA)
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) / Professional Internal Auditor (PIA)
• Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA)
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
• Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

• At least 6/7 years’ related experience, of which 3 years in an internal / external audit role
• Project management experience
• Experience in managing and leading teams
