As an Audit Manager, you will be dealing with complex audit reviews, reviewing of junior team members work, planning audit reviews and reporting to senior management. As the Audit Manager you will also liaising with senior and middle management across group.

Duties:

• Manage relationships with clients.
• Audit planning.
• Communication and reporting which includes drafting, issuing, and discussing management letters
• Client and assurance relationships and networking.
• Execution of the annual audit plan and developing audit plans for new clients and special projects.
• Performance of complex control adequacy and control effectiveness reviews.
• Assist with performing “on the job” quality assurance (including selected file reviews)
• Assist the Senior Audit Manager responsible for the cluster.
• Attend selective finance and risk Forums.
• Staff management
• Provides input to department and team strategy execution.
• Contribute to research and innovation for the team and the department.

Qualification

• CA (SA)
• IFIRS 17

Experience

• 5 years Audit experience
• Financial service experience or has audited in an insurance company
