SUMMARY:
A well-established consulting and advisory firm based in KwaZulu-Natal is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Audit Supervisor to join their growing team.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

BCom Degree in Accounting / Auditing
Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles advantageous
CA(SA) qualification may be advantageous
Minimum 3–5 years’ audit experience
Strong knowledge of IFRS, IFRS for SMEs, and auditing standards
Proficient in CaseWare, Excel, and audit software
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise audit engagements from planning to completion
Review audit files, working papers, and financial statements
Manage audit teams and provide mentorship to junior staff
Liaise directly with clients and build strong professional relationships
Ensure compliance with auditing and accounting standards
Assist with budgeting, reporting, and audit deadlines
Identify risks and provide practical recommendations to clients
