POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 5 to 8 years experience within a Production or Industrial Manufacturing environment
Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Production | Manufacturing | Operations Management | Industrial Engineering | Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience within Adhesives | Chemicals | Plastics | Coatings or related manufacturing environments advantageous
Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies and lean manufacturing principles
Sound understanding of Health & Safety Legislation | Quality Standards and Operational Compliance within a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated ability to drive Productivity | Process Improvement | Operational Efficiencies and Cost Control Initiatives
Computer literate with good working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Valid Driver's License and own Transport required

Salary Structure:

Negotiable Monthly Salary Package, based on experience and qualification
