POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements: Must have a minimum of 10+ years' experience within an Automotive OEM Aftersales | Service environment Proven experience managing a National Dealer Service Network Strong knowledge of Dealer Service Operations | Workshop Management | Warranty Administration and Technical Support Experience Developing and Implementing National Aftersales and Service Strategies Strong understanding of OEM Service Standards | KPIs | Customer Satisfaction (CSI) and Dealer Performance Management Experience Managing Warranty Budgets | Service Profitability and Operational Performance Valid Driver's License required and willingness to travel Nationally Contactable references and payslips required upon request Salary Structure: Monthly CTC Package of around R 90 000 to R 120 000, negotiable based on experience (Only suitable candidates will be shortlisted and contacted within 14 days) Please send your CV to Visit our website at Follow us on GAP Consulting SA's Premium Recruitment Consultancy
