POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Process Automation Analyse business processes across departments to identify automation opportunities. Design, develop, and implement automated solutions using AI and modern development tools. Develop, maintain, and optimise automation scripts, workflows, and tools. Ensure automation solutions remain accurate, reliable, and scalable. AI Integration Apply AI and machine learning techniques to improve business processes and operational performance. Train, deploy, and monitor machine learning models. Continuously evaluate and refine AI algorithms to maximise effectiveness. Identify opportunities where intelligent technologies can enhance business outcomes. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Partner with business teams to understand operational challenges and automation requirements. Work closely with IT and other departments to integrate automation solutions seamlessly. Present automation strategies, project outcomes, and recommendations to stakeholders. Foster collaboration across multiple entities within the wider group of companies. Continuous Improvement Identify and implement enhancements to existing automated processes. Keep abreast of emerging technologies, AI advancements, and industry best practices. Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Pursue ongoing learning and professional development opportunities. System Support Provide support for automation platforms and tools, including updates, patching, testing, and troubleshooting. Ensure automation systems remain secure, stable, and fully operational. Resolve issues related to automation scripts and workflow failures efficiently. Qualifications & Experience Relevant qualification and\/or professional experience in Automation, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Demonstrated experience identifying, designing, and implementing automated business solutions. Strong understanding of automation technologies, AI concepts, and emerging digital tools. Experience supporting software systems through testing, maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting. Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business entities and teams.
