POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement automation systems utilizing Phoenix Contact hardware and software platforms.
• Lead project lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, system design, programming, testing, commissioning, and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Electrical, Mechanical, and Software Engineers.
• Conduct diagnostics, troubleshoot systems, and provide technical support both remotely and on-site.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and client specifications.
• Mentor Junior Engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, with a strong emphasis on Phoenix Contact systems (e.g., PLCs, HMI, I/O systems, and software such as PC WORX / PLCnext).
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale automation projects in manufacturing, energy, or process industries.
• Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., PROFINET, Modbus, and EtherCAT).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and team interactions.
