Automation Test Analyst

SUMMARY:
Financial services giant is seeking an experience Automation Test Analyst to join their team. This role will require you to work across traditional and Agile lifecycles. Work closely with the technology background, specializing in Test Automation, automation technologies and automation measurement. Create rapid and iterative wireframes for prototyping for a variety of ideas and concepts.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications

• Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification required in test automation or equivalent
• Qualification in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field advantageous

Experience

• Previous experience as an Automation tester.
• Proficient in scripting, writing scripted modules
• Awareness of automation principles
• Programming languages, such as C# and Java with at least 2 years’ experience as a junior developer or automation tester
• Knowledge of automation technologies and frameworks such as:
• Modular Based Testing Framework.
• Library Architecture Testing Framework.
• Data-Driven Framework.
• Keyword-Driven Framework.
• Hybrid Testing Framework
• Selenium o Cucumber
• Understanding of CI
• Linear Automation Framework.
• Agile/Scrum software development experience advantageous

Technical skills

• Proficient in programming languages, such as C# and Java
• Demonstratable experience of software testing tools, such as Selenium
• Working knowledge of API testing tools that require strong coding skills to create test such as REST Assured, RestSharp etc.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration Tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.)

• Experience working with JIRA advantageous
