SUMMARY:
Remuneration: Basic Salary: Approximately R30,000 per month (depending on experience) + Incentive + Company Vehicle + Fuel Allowance + Medical Aid + Provident Fund

Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead and manage the new vehicle sales department of a franchised motor dealership in Kempton Park. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving dealership sales targets, driving profitability, developing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 7 New Vehicle Sales Executives Achieve and exceed the dealership's monthly sales target of 30 new vehicles Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise vehicle sales and profitability Monitor individual and team sales performance through regular coaching and performance management Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards and processes Manage vehicle stock levels and work closely with management to ensure stock availability Drive F&I introductions and support the achievement of dealership profitability targets Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fleet clients, and business partners Analyse sales trends, market conditions, and competitor activity Prepare and present sales reports to senior management Ensure a professional customer experience throughout the sales journey Minimum Requirements: Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager within a motor dealership environment Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets Experience managing and developing a sales team Grade 12 (Matric) essential Relevant sales, business, or management qualification advantageous Valid South African driver's licence Motor Industry experience Essential!
