Requirements:

Must have completed tertiary qualification (minimum NQF7)
Minimum 5 years in a similar role in the manufacturing environment
10 years working experience in automotive environment with sound technical knowledge of motor vehicle components and systems
Experience with quality audits
Experience managing continuous improvement initiatives
IATF 16949
Project management skills
Strong reporting skills
