B-BBEE Transformation Specialist
We are seeking an experienced B-BBEE Transformation Specialist to provide strategic advisory and consulting services to clients on all aspects of B-BBEE and transformation. The successful candidate will assist organisations in improving their B-BBEE scorecards, developing sustainable transformation strategies, and ensuring compliance with South African B-BBEE legislation.
This role requires strong analytical ability, excellent client engagement skills, and a deep understanding of B-BBEE ownership structures, scorecard calculations, and transformation strategy implementation.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, analyse and review B-BBEE scorecards, including ownership elements
• Advise clients on B-BBEE strategy and transformation initiatives
• Conduct gap analyses and provide recommendations to improve scorecard performance
• Evaluate ownership transactions and their impact on B-BBEE compliance
• Support clients with training initiatives, enterprise and supplier development, and socio-economic development programmes
• Liaise with verification agencies and support clients through the verification process
• Provide technical B-BBEE advisory and respond to client queries
• Assist clients in developing and implementing effective transformation strategies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage project delivery
Minimum Requirements
• Accounting or legal related qualification
• Strong knowledge of B-BBEE legislation and scorecard methodologies
• Experience in B-BBEE consulting, advisory, or transformation strategy
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• B-BBEE Management Development Programme (MDP)
• Experience advising on B-BBEE ownership structures and transactions
