  • For our client’s Digital Trade Engagement team, we are looking for a talented individual to join their team, who is driven by making a difference for their organization and their partners.   • The mission of the Digital Trade Engagement team is to develop a B2B strategy with our retailers in mind. It needs to consider their business, needs, and gaps and find solutions that help them in their daily life.
  • As B2B Copy and Content Specialist, you will support this mission by creating and optimizing effective content for our Digital Trade Engagement platform, aligned to the business’ content strategy. Responsibilities:

  • Contribute towards the B2B content strategy to engage trade partners across a variety of channels in the retail eco-system.
  • Write clear, compelling and engaging copy with a consistent and clear voice that (long-form through to short-form promotional copy).
  • Create content that is applicable for audiences across all our B2B channels (online and offline), to deliver against the content strategy.
  • Accurately interpret briefs from the business to understand project and content requirements
  • Optimise content appropriately for the channel/audience.
  • Edit and proofread copy as well as quality control against style guide (including but not limited to spelling, grammar, adherence to brand guidelines, messaging hierarchy, and alignment to brand and content strategy).
  • Actively seek out opportunities to enhance the performance of our content by researching trends, innovations and updates to digital content deployment.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to establish campaign objectives, generate creative concepts, complete tasks, identify and solve problems.
  • Ability to gear messaging for different audiences (i.e. RSA local B2B & consumer).
  • Undertake ad hoc campaign work as required.

 

Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in English with a preference for a tertiary certification in language or communications.
  • Proven experience as a copywriter, content creator or related role of at least 2 years.
  • Knowledge of online content strategy and creation.
  • Content or media planning experience.
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
  • A portfolio of work illustrating capabilities.
  • Excellent research, organisational, and time management skills.
  • The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
