B2B DIGITAL MARKETER (Technical / Engineering)

SUMMARY:
Our client in the clean energy sector seeks to appoint an experienced full-stack digital marketer to provide digital services across their various business units and companies. In this role you will write, design, build, publish, measure and report on all campaigns. This is an on-site, in-house position that works with and reports directly to senior management.  The ideal candidate should be tech savvy and AI fluent leveraging off AI tools to maximize efficiency.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities Include: Messaging & positioning Go‑to‑market presentations Social media including LinkedIn‑led B2B strategy Websites End‑to‑end ownership of the group and entity sites SEO & organic Technical and content SEO. Keywords Paid media & lead generation across LinkedIn, Meta and Google CRM & automation, HubSpot (or equivalent) as the marketing engine Events & exhibitions including trade shows, client events and sponsorships across the region PR & thought leadership media relationships, press releases, award submissions General business support including proposal and tender presentation support, internal communications, recruitment marketing Essentials: 3-5 years in B2B marketing - industrial, technical, energy, engineering, capital equipment or professional services Genuinely full‑stack: you write it, design it, build it, publish it and measure it yourself Design competence in Canva and \/ or Figma, ideally Adobe Creative Suite Web fluency: CMS or page builder (WordPress, Webflow or similar) with enough HTML and CSS experience Measurement literacy: GA4, Search Console, LinkedIn and Meta ad managers, and reporting in Looker Studio or equivalent Excellent written English. Clear, commercial, unfussy, with an understanding of technical terminology Self‑directed: You will set the plan and work it without being managed - and meet deadlines Must have: Valid driver's licence, own vehicle and a valid passport - occasional regional travel Exposure to energy, renewables, mining, construction or hospitality industries Marketing experience across African markets Video and motion basics - shoot, cut, caption, publish Time in a private‑equity‑backed or high‑growth business Correspondence will only be conducted with short listed candidates.
