SUMMARY:
Elsies River Industrial. An exciting opportunity exists for a driven B2B Sales Manager to join a well-established company. This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Science, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years’ proven experience leading B2B sales teams. Reporting to the Sales Director, this execution-focused position is responsible for driving consistent sales performance through strong process adherence, team leadership, and operational excellence across Sales and Customer Support functions.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Execute sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Drive adherence to sales processes, systems, and KPIs
Lead, coach, and manage Sales and Customer Support teams
Conduct field coaching and ride-alongs to improve performance
Ensure pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting, and CRM utilisation
Oversee full sales cycle from lead generation to order fulfilment
Manage CRM and SAP ERP systems to ensure data accuracy and efficiency
Monitor performance data, identify trends, and drive improvements
Maintain strong customer relationships and service standards
Lead team meetings, reporting, and continuous training initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Science, or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience leading B2B sales teams
Proven track record of achieving targets and driving accountability
Strong experience with CRM systems (SAP advantageous)
Solid analytical, forecasting, and reporting skills
Excellent leadership and communication abilities
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within South Africa
Experience in food, hygiene, or manufacturing sectors will be advantageous
