POSITION INFO:

• Key Duties of a Telesales Consultant:
• Outbound and Inbound Calls: 

• Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products or services.                          

• Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.

• Deliver compelling sales pitches to generate interest and close deals. 

• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions clearly and persuasively. 

• Identify and qualify potential leads from cold calls or marketing campaigns. 

• Follow up on leads and quotes to convert interest into confirmed sales. 

• Build rapport with businesses to encourage repeat business. 

• Maintain records and call notes using CRM systems. 

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets. 

• Address customer concerns and handle objections professionally. 

• Answer questions about products, services, pricing, or terms of sale. 

• Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings. 

• Provide feedback to the sales or product team on customer needs or concerns.
