Their family law and divorce practice is known for our high-EQ, win-win approach to difficult and sensitive situations. They handle eviction procedures for both landlords and tenants, ensuring that both parties enjoy the protection of rental housing law and respect its provisions. They are committed to serving the community and the less fortunate. They are on record in one of South Africa’s biggest mass eviction cases, representing, pro bono, the unlawful occupiers and their constitutional right to adequate housing. In addition to divorce and eviction, our areas of practice extend to liquor licensing, bail and criminal law, contract law, dispute resolution, immigration, estate planning, and litigation.
Some travel may be required.
Qualifications
- LLB Degree obtained though reputable institution. Admitted attorney with right of appearance.
Skills
- 5 - 10 years'''' experience in a similar role.
- You must have excellent litigation and negotiation skills.
- Good communicator, in both spoken and written English.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
