BEE - Financial Manager

SUMMARY:
Financial Manager - BEE - SAP - Cost Accounting

POSITION INFO:

Financial Manager reporting to Managing Director and Global Group CFO and responsible across the group for, but not limited to, the following tasks, inter alia:

• financial control of all accounts in the group;

• budgeting (annual and 3 year outlook);

• forecasting monthly sales and profit;

• quarterly updated current year outlook;

• variance reporting and explanation;

• intercompany control and reconciliation;

• monthly IS and BS; year- end IS and BS;

• compiling annual financial statements and consolidated financials;

• all financial reporting to European offices;

• monthly management information;

• internal controls establishment and update;

• financial analysis and trending with recommendations;

• maintenance and control of asset registers;

• capex review and reporting;

• inventory valuation and ongoing recommend additional controls;

• preparation and submission to SARS;

• statutory reporting and submissions;

• ensure accuracy, completeness, validity and timeousness of all financial information;

• plan, manage and coordinate year-end financial audit process;

• any other responsibilities relevant to the position or your skills and experience.

Other key requirements:

a) B-BBEE candidate required

b) Advanced ability in SAP Business One accounting software

c) Minimum 5 years experience in the same line as per our job description

d) Professionally mature, team player, analytic ability, self-driven, detail oriented

e) Own transport

f) Availability - ASAP

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in accounting preferred

8+ years experience in cost accounting, financial reporting - Capex, budgets, Income statements

Salary range R45,000 – R55,000 pm CTC, dependent on level and experience.
