JOB SUMMARY:
Kavango river Area (about 50km West from Rundu) - Namibia: Our client is looking for a Berry Production Manager to join the team.
Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Formal qualification in Production / Operations management will be an advantage
Min of 5 years previous experience and skill in berry production/farming
Min of 3 years previous production experience
The ability to manage and lead teams towards high-performing production team
Proven Computer literacy – MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Able to draw reports on excel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Maintenance and mechanically orientated
Valid driver’s license
