SUMMARY:
As the Solutions Project Engineer, you will play a central role in designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end BESS solutions. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to translate requirements into robust engineering designs and ensure successful implementation.
This position is ideal for a technically strong engineer with a passion for renewable energy, storage technologies, and solving complex energy challenges.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Lead the engineering scope for BESS projects from concept through to commissioning
Develop and review technical designs, specifications, schematics, and system layouts
Prepare feasibility studies, simulations, and performance models
Support proposals, tenders, and solution presentations for clients
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including EPC teams, equipment suppliers, and grid engineers
Oversee project engineering activities to ensure compliance with technical, safety, and regulatory standards
Conduct technical risk assessments and ensure all engineering deliverables meet project timelines
Provide on-site technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning phases
Stay up to date with industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in BESS and renewable energy

Requirements:

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Renewable Energy Engineering (essential)
Proven project experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) – from design to implementation
Strong understanding of power systems, grid integration, inverters, and energy management systems
Experience working on renewable energy, solar PV, or related energy projects
Excellent technical documentation and project delivery skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and drive technical excellence
