As a Data Analyst, you’ll take accountability for aligning, visualising, and interpreting company and subsidiary performance. By creating dynamic data views and analysing trends against business objectives, you’ll become a trusted voice in shaping strategy and driving growth.

POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Do:

• Align company performance with key business objectives through advanced data analytics.
• Create dynamic data visualisations using Power BI to clearly communicate insights.
• Analyse positive and negative trends across structured data sources and report against KPAs.
• Manage data warehouses and reporting systems for accuracy and scalability.
• Deliver financial insights including valuations, scorecards, and reconciliations.
• Prepare high-impact reporting packs—daily EXCO insights and monthly board packs.
• Drive continuous improvement by researching and deploying the latest BI tools and practices.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Data Analytics (preferably Microfinance).
• Hands-on experience as a Power BI user.
• Strong SQL, Excel, and Visio skills (RDBMS systems such as MySQL, MS SQL Server ideal).
• Experience implementing enterprise-scale reporting systems and/or data warehouses.
• Qualification in Analytics (BSc Computer Science or similar preferred).
• Highly structured, analytical, and detail-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills—able to simplify complexity for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to deliver under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
