Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards for sales performance, product usage, marketing spend (CAC & ROAS), and operational efficiency
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into reporting solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of insights
• Troubleshoot report performance, data integrity, and user experience issues
• Maintain a strong understanding of the data landscape to support effective analysis

• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Data, Analytics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or data visualisation
• Strong Power BI experience (non‑negotiable)
• Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience working with large datasets using SQL and Excel
• Understanding of marketing and operational metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and efficiency metrics
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
