A high-performing fintech business is searching for a Senior BI / BA Analyst who thrives where business, technology, and strategy collide.

This is not a back-office reporting role. This is a seat at the table where commercial decisions are made and where your insights directly shape growth, risk management, and operational success.

You'll partner with leaders across technology, credit risk, collections, and operations to solve complex challenges, optimise performance, and build analytical solutions that create a competitive edge.

POSITION INFO:

You're likely the right fit if you have:

A Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field (non-negotiable)
Minimum 5+ years' experience as a BI Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst within fintech, financial services, credit, or collections
Strong expertise in credit risk, collections operations, or financial data analytics
Advanced SQL skills and a passion for transforming raw data into powerful insights
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar visualisation platforms
The ability to engage stakeholders, challenge thinking, and influence business outcomes
A track record of working with large datasets to solve real commercial problems
