iOCO is seeking an experienced BI Manager to lead and oversee Business Intelligence initiatives within a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role will focus on driving BI strategy, managing a skilled team, and delivering actionable insights that enable smarter decision-making across the business.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BI Developers, Analysts, and Data Specialists.
- Define and implement BI strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the delivery of BI solutions including data warehouses, dashboards, and enterprise reporting.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
- Ensure high standards of data quality, integrity, and governance across BI systems.
- Manage BI project lifecycles: scoping, prioritization, execution, and delivery.
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to enhance BI capabilities and system performance.
- Keep abreast of BI industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
Your Expertise
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in BI, with at least 3 years in a leadership/management role.
- Strong technical knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, SSRS, SSIS).
- Advanced SQL skills and database management expertise.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing.
- Proven track record of managing BI projects and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to large-scale FMCG, retail, or supply chain environments.
- Familiarity with cloud BI platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Financial and operational reporting experience.
