JOB SUMMARY:
Our client, an integrated, award-winning Ad Agency are looking for your expertise in facilitating BI systems and implementing BI processes.

In this role you will be responsible for leading the strategic development of BI systems (ensure these are used) to ultimately enhance business decision making capabilities.

This role will be instrumental within the finance team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of financial packages and extensive knowledge of database driven software including associated reporting tools.
Excellent leadership and delegating skills
Technical and strategic mindfulness to be able to develop and implement new BI systems and processes
Highly analytical and efficient with excellent attention to detail

Some of your responsibilities will include:

Develop and prepare BI strategies
Perform analysis on agency & business processes and provide appropriate BI system enhancements
Prepare architecture for data and provide best-practice training and support
Supervise efficient working of all BI systems and when upgrades are due or changes are required, oversee third party supplier plans
Perform appropriate testing or arrange UAT with appropriate system users
Assess all reporting requirements and develop long term strategy for reporting solutions
