SUMMARY:
Are you a commercially astute FP&A leader who wants their insight to directly influence business performance? My client is looking for a Senior Finance Manager – FP&A who enjoys working at the intersection of numbers, strategy, and operations in a manufacturingâled, multinational organisation operating within a USâlisted group structure.

POSITION INFO:
The business’s beginnings are rooted in over five decades of manufacturing experience, shaped by technical knowâhow and a strong operational focus. This foundation has influenced how the organisation operates today, with an emphasis on disciplined execution, cost control, and practical decisionâmaking across its manufacturing footprint.

Duties

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and multiâyear financial planning
Produce regular performance reporting with clear drivers and insights
Manage group and regional reporting in line with multinational timelines
Partner closely with the MD and operational leadership
Convert manufacturing and cost data into actionable commercial insight
Monitor and support working capital performance
Develop financial models to support strategic and scenario decisions
Maintain compliance with group governance and reporting frameworks
Build and strengthen FP&A capability within the finance team

Skills & Experience:

BCom honours in an Accountingârelated field (Essential)
Completed CIMA (Essential)
10+ years’ commercial finance experience
Experience within a manufacturingâled environment
Proven experience in a Finance Manager role
Multinational or regional group reporting experience
Strong ERP capability, with advanced Excel and BI exposure
