Duties:

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and working capital management
• Deliver accurate, insightful financial analysis to support decision-making
• Partner with EXCO and stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and standardisation of financial processes
• Oversee compliance with IFRS, tax, and statutory requirements
• Lead business optimisation and system implementation initiatives
• Develop and execute strategies to optimise collections and cash flow
• Monitor key metrics such as DSO and overall debtors’ book quality
• Ensure strong governance, risk management, and process efficiency
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team
• Build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholder networks
• Act as a strategic business partner by identifying risks, trends, and opportunities

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BCom Accounting
• BCom Honours / CTA
• CA(SA)

• Completed SAICA Articles
• 5–8 years’ financial management experience
• Proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, and operational finance
• Experience with VAT, tax, and financial statements

• Strong commercial acumen and analytical ability
• Advanced Excel and SAP experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, complex environment
