This is a senior leadership position reporting to executive leadership, offering significant influence over financial direction, performance optimisation, and global expansion initiatives. The role suits a commercially astute finance leader who thrives in fastâpaced, complex, multiâcurrency environments.

The Opportunity:
As the Senior Financial Manager, you will be a strategic partner to the executive team, guiding financial planning, performance, governance, and risk management across local and international operations. You will help strengthen financial foundations while supporting aggressive growth and scalability.

ð¯ Role's Purpose:
To lead the finance function at a senior level, ensuring robust financial control, insightful reporting, and commercially driven decisionâmaking that supports sustainable growth across international markets.

ð Key Requirements:

â Professional Expertise:
- CA(SA) (essential)
- 8–10 years’ postâarticles experience
- Minimum 3–5 years in a senior financial management or leadership role
- Proven experience within logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or a related sector
- Strong exposure to international finance and multiâcurrency operations
- Inâdepth knowledge of IFRS, taxation, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
ð Industry Insight:
- Strong understanding of the financial and operational complexities of crossâborder trade
- Ability to manage and interpret financial data across a global logistics or freight network
ð¼ Leadership & Personal Attributes:
- Strategic, commercially minded, and performanceâdriven
- Comfortable operating under pressure in a fastâgrowth environment
- Confident decisionâmaker with the ability to influence at an executive level

Manage cash flow, risk, capital planning, and investment analysis
Ensure strong financial controls, processes, and system integrity
Build and develop a highâperforming finance team aligned to business growth
