  POSITION INFO:
  The Role:

  We are looking for a BPCS ERP Manager for a Permanent position based in Cape Town.

  Responsibilities:

  • Manage use of the ERP(BPCS),Manufacturing ,Inventory, Quality management(QMS),WHM(WM9, including system parameters and setting, system processes, system standards and functions used
  • Implement new modules/functionality across Southern Africa
  • Design and or create, reports/programs for the company with ongoing maintenance
  • Project Management for upgrades or new implementations
  • Manage ERP,WHM Inventory modifications
  • User Training, refining system and operational policies and procedures when required
  • Provide advice to business of best practice and practically of systems

  Key Performance Areas:

  • BPCS â?? Manage Integrity and smooth operation of the ERP system.
  • WHM â?? Manage Integrity and smooth operation of the Warehouse management system.
  • User Support and Training; Daily support to all BPCS Manufacturing ,Inventory, QMS and Warehouse Management systems to users and on-going user training when necessary. Regular site visits to perform system training and ensure that company policies and procedures are understood and adhered to
  • Reporting; Ensure reports used for operation purposes are accurate, and support each other
  • Modifications â?? Design where applicable and maintain.
  • IT and Operations cross functional; Work with Operations to determine and prioritize requirements to meet changing business demands and operation.
  • System Documentation; User training manuals to be created and/or updated on various systems.
