SUMMARY:
This position offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing workshop operation with a focus on revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall financial performance, team leadership, and operational output of the branch.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

N2 with trade-related subjects or at least 5 years of post-trade experience.
Recognised Trade Test Certificate – Diesel Mechanic essential.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a workshop/branch management role.
Strong technical knowledge of mining equipment and motor engineering.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and workshop planning software (e.g. Autoplan).
Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and diesel systems.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
Sales experience and customer service orientation.
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Steelpoort area.
