SUMMARY:
A company in the engineering and industrial supply industry is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, drive sales growth, manage budgets, and maintain strong client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational performance, stock management, financial control, customer service, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric
5–10 years’ experience in a sales or branch management role
Experience within the engineering, mining, or agricultural industries advantageous
Proven sales and business development experience
Experience managing branch budgets, stock control, and operational processes
Strong understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Ability to manage customer relationships and resolve escalated issues effectively
Strong administrative, reporting, and organisational skills
Computer literate
Valid driver’s license essential
