SUMMARY:
A leading logistics company is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee full branch operations, drive performance, and ensure efficient, cost-effective freight delivery. This role requires strong leadership and operational control within a fast-paced transport environment.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) essential
Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Business Management, or related field (advantageous)
5+ years’ experience in road freight/logistics management
Proven leadership experience in an operational environment
Strong understanding of transport operations and compliance
Financial and budget management capability
Strong communication, planning, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to manage teams, clients, and operational targets effectively
