SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy branch. The successful candidate will take ownership of operational, sales, financial, and staff management responsibilities, ensuring the branch runs efficiently while achieving sales targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a management role, with at least 2 years in retail or branch floor sales.
Proven experience in branch or retail management, including sales, procurement, inventory, and personnel management.
Knowledge of Steel, Hardware, Industrial Hardware, and Fluid Control products preferred.
Strong strategic, operational, and financial planning skills.
Excellent leadership and people management abilities with a hands-on approach.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
Computer literate; experience with Syspro or similar ERP systems advantageous.
