SUMMARY:
The Branch Manager is responsible for leading a branch team to achieve set targets in sales, profitability, and operational efficiency. This includes managing staff performance, ensuring compliance with policies, maintaining customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Matric (NQF Level 4) – essential
Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a retail or wholesale environment
Valid driver’s license
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, Syspro advantageous)
Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, or appliance spares – an advantage
Management experience preferred
