BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (GAUTENG)
R35 000 - R40 000 CTC

Leading service provider of tertiary education has an opportunity for an independent, motivated and success driven Business Development Manager to join their team of achievers in Gauteng.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Qualification business, marketing, or related field will be advantageous.
10 years’ work experience of which 5 years in Business Development Management
Drivers License and Owns Transport.
Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

Contacting potential clients.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
In addition to market expansion the BDM will also be responsible for interactions with vendors, including compliance with
Vendor requirements, target setting, achievement of targets.
Work with vendor Customers and Partners in identifying training needs.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
This position is more aggressive in sales/business development.
Covers a larger area of networking (Gauteng)
More flexibility in terms of home vs office based work.

Candidate can be based near any campus in Gauteng - Johannesburg, Roodepoort or Pretoria
Salary depending on experience.
R35 000 - R40 000 CTC, Laptop + Cell Phone+ Fuel for business
