BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER, Randburg, up to R67k + comm & incentives

JOB DESCRIPTION:

RS Recruitment Services is assisting a well-established FINTECH organisation to recruit a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST to be based at their offices in Hyde Park. R800 000 + commission & incentives.

OUR CLIENT PROVIDES DIGITALLY ENABLED BUSINESS SERVICES TO A GLOBAL CLIENT BASE.

The ideal candidate should have/be the following:

Relevant Qualification.
5+ years’ Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) experience with business development for Contact Centres and BPO services (essential)
Solid experience with:
- Business development
- Prospecting
- Sales conversion
- Monitoring performance targets
- Sales pipeline funnel management
Ability to deliver engaging presentations
Project management.

Key responsibilities, but not limited to:

Develop growth strategies that focus on both financial gain and client satisfaction.
Seek new business opportunities in general and within existing clients.
Make recommendations on which opportunities to pursue
Close new business opportunities.
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
Work with support team to prepare proposals, profiles, presentation, new business estimates and business development reports.
Work with the marketing team to develop and send promotional material and articles.
Attend and present at business forums and events.
Report to Group Executive: Business Development & Capital Solutions on a regular basis.
Examine legal agreements to ensure details are clear.

Remuneration:

R800k basic salary + incentives (commission, sales bonus, etc.)
