Company and Job Description: A market-leading organisation is seeking a high-impact Business Development Executive to take ownership of revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and commercial expansion. This is not a traditional sales role-it is a strategic leadership position requiring a strong blend of commercial acumen, executive engagement, and deal-making capability. Working closely with executive leadership, you will be responsible for identifying and securing high-value opportunities, expanding key accounts, and driving long-term business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute the organisation's business development and revenue growth strategy Identify, qualify, and secure high-value commercial opportunities and strategic partnerships Build and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise-level deals Engage directly with executive-level clients to negotiate and close complex commercial agreements Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and long-term relationship management Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and strategic insights to leadership Oversee commercial governance, including pricing strategy, contracts, and SLA alignment Monitor performance against targets and report on revenue forecasts and pipeline health Represent the organisation at industry events, networking forums, and key stakeholder engagements Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or related field MBA (advantageous) Experience: 3-5 years' experience in business development, enterprise sales, or commercial leadership Minimum 3 years' experience operating at a senior or executive level Proven track record of achieving sustained revenue growth and closing large, complex deals Demonstrated experience in strategic partnerships and high-level contract negotiations Skills: Strong commercial and financial acumen Advanced negotiation and deal-closing capability Strategic sales planning and pipeline management Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at executive level Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and forecasting Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools Additional Requirements: Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and persuade Results-driven with a strategic mindset High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism Ability to operate effectively under pressure and ambiguity Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Willingness to travel and engage after hours when required Apply now!
