Are you a Mechanical Engineer, Engineering Technologist or Technician who enjoys working with people as much as solving technical challenges?

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Business Development Engineer to join a leading engineering technology company supplying world-class simulation and engineering software to some of South Africa's most innovative organisations.

This is the ideal role for someone who wants to combine their technical knowledge with business development, helping engineering companies improve the way they design, simulate and manufacture products across industries including aerospace, automotive, mining and advanced manufacturing.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: Mechanical Engineer \/ Technologist or Technician who wants to move into a commercial role The candidate does not need to have any sales experience specifically but should be interested in moving into a commercial role, enjoy speaking to customers and business development, with an outgoing personality. Cold calling is a much lower priority in this role as it is very consultative selling.
