SUMMARY:
National client would like to employ a candidate who has been responsible and has had experience in Licensing of Businesses. R26 000 CTC

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 + National Diploma or Btech – in Town and Regional Planning.
3 years relevant experience
A valid code 08 driver’s licence is essential
English and a regional language would be advantageous
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
Compilation, lodgment, and approval of Consent, land use and business license applications at relevant municipalities
Ensure the above applications are regularly tracked and approved n the shortest time possible
Assisting Site owners with municipal compliance (Health Fire, COA, license renewals etc)
Conduct zoning rights assessments
To assist with site and employee license applications for submission
