Duties:

• Design, build, and maintain robust APIs and backend services using C# and .NET.
• Implement scalable microservice architectures aligned with software best practices.
• Ensure efficient data management using SQL Server and performance-tuned queries.
• Provide second-line support and troubleshoot complex production issues
• Collaborate with other engineers to maintain high standards across the codebase.
• Document system flows, logic, and architecture for team visibility.

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented design and backend development practices.
• Strong C# and .NET proficiency with a focus on system design and scalability.

• 3–5 years of experience in backend-focused software engineering roles.
• Proven ability to design APIs and data models that support complex business logic.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Hands-on experience with performance profiling and service monitoring.

• Comfortable with asynchronous messaging, caching strategies, and security principles.
• Detail-oriented with high code quality and unit testing standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced Agile team environment.
