Our client in the Retail industry is looking for a Bakery & Deli  Counter Hand to join their store in Western Cape, Strand

POSITION INFO:

• At least 2 years’ relevant retail or FMCG experience.
• Candidates with less experience will not be considered.

• Customer-focused – able to deliver excellent service and maintain positive customer interactions.
• Flexibility – willing and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Assisting customers at the bakery and deli counters with purchases and product information.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
• Ensuring counters are well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
• Handling cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately.
• Supporting team members to meet daily operational requirements.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
